Fernando Urbina
Founder & Chief People Officer
Fernando has spent his career helping startups and mission-driven nonprofits strengthen their people operations and organizational infrastructure. His past roles include Chief of Staff at Upsolve (Y-Combinator W18) and the People Operations lead at Recidiviz, where he supported people strategy, HR systems, compliance, and team development.
