His past roles include Chief of Staff at Upsolve (Y-Combinator W18) and the People Operations lead at Recidiviz, where he supported people strategy, HR systems, compliance, and team development.

Elisa brings extensive administrative and operations experience supporting teams across a variety of industries. Her past roles include coordinator and office management positions at Corporate Interior Systems (CIS), State Farm, and Bainbridge Beverage Company, where she helped streamline day to day operations, improve organizational processes, and support team effectiveness.
